We aim to provide a reliable and informative service to all our customers globally and are happy to assist wherever we can.

Please note: All details on this web-site are believed to be correct and even though we quote that our 1000 titles are always in stock there are times when availability may be limited and prices canbe subject to change.

  1. How long will it take for my books to arrive? We aim to despatch your books within 1-3 working days, after which normal postal delivery times apply.
  2. What if the book I order is not immediately available? We will acknowledge your order and advise when your book will be available and send it as soon as we have it in stock.
  3. What if the book I order is sold out?We will acknowledge your order and advise when your book will be back instock. If however the book you order is not going to be reprinted i.e. Limited Editions - we will advise and suggest an alternative title, if available.
  4. What if the price of the book I order has changed? In the event of a price increase we will acknowledge your order and advise you of the new price. Please Note that we will charge your creditcard at the price that applies at time of despatch.
  5. May I return a book if not satisfied? Provided we receive it within 14 days and undamaged, we will credit the full price of the book (excluding postage).
  6. Are overseas orders sent by surface or air? Unless specified all parcels are sent by air outside the UK. Please see our postal charges which are set at very reasonable rates.
  7. What can I do about books damaged in transit? This virtually never happens, as we have an extremely good packing system. However, any such books may be returned for replacement.
  8. If I order a large quantity of books, will they all be sent in one package? Within the UK, yes. Overseas, we may despatch in two or more packages due to weight restrictions on single packages.
  9. Do you also refund delivery charges? Onlyunder particular circumstances and these are: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we willrefund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Or, where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item but we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the deliverycharge.
  10. The item I received does not match the item I ordered. What should I do? Please return the item, unopened and in its original condition. On the Packing Note, please state the Reason for Return as "incorrect item? andthen the title and product code of the item you originally ordered.Provided the item is still in stock, we will mail it to you as quickly as possible. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
  11. The item I received is faulty or damaged. Can I still return it?If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please return it to us, indicating clearly the nature of the fault or damage, and we will mail you a replacement.Also read our Refund Policy for details.
  12. How will you refund my money? Refundswill be credited to the card that was used in the original transaction.Unfortunately, we are not able to post a credit to any alternative cards or accounts.
